Most items are made to order. After the payment is received, orders generally take between 1-5 working days to be dispatched, depending on the piece. For gold plated jewelry it can take up to one week. If you need detailed timing information about you order, please don't hesitate to ask.
Orders are shipped by registered mail through Correos Spain.
Shipping to Spain: 2 - 5 working days
Shipping to EU: 3 - 7 working days
International shipping: 5 - 9 working days
It is buyer's responsability to pay the local import taxes, custom fees, duties, VAT, etc, in case there are any.
RETURNS
All products are handmade with lots of care, please allow small imperfections due to the nature of handcraft work.
It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied you can return or exchange the item within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging. Shipping costs will not be returned and it is the buyer's responsability to pay for the return shipping costs. Please contact us before sending a piece back in order to get detailed instructions.
If you order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us for a replacement.
Sale items and custom orders can not be returned.
